10 single leg deadlifts per leg

5 Sotts presses

5 barbell on back jump squats

A: Drop Snatch (5×3 Light as Primer)

B: Snatch Balance (2×2@65%, 1@70%, 1@75%, + Build to a HS)

Deadlift (8-6-4-8-6-4)

Start 1st set of 8 @70%and increase by feel across. Make sure the 2nd wave of 8-6-4 is heavier than the 1st.
