Push through and put the work in today. Start on different movements if necessary
A. 10 KB deadlifts into:
200 ft. HEAVY KB Farmer’s carry. Every time you put the KB down, you must perform 15 air squats (until you complete the 200′)
B. 15 DB bench press
15 DB pullovers
c. 100 ft. HEAVY sled drag
12 HEAVY SB tosses over shoulder
Just to be clear, this is all strength! you shouldn’t be able to go through the entire 10 minutes without stopping. grab weights that challenge you and make you NEED the rest time!
