5 rounds of 1 min AMRAP in each station followed by 1 min rest after station 5.

1. SB tosses over the shoulder

2. Rope slams

3. Pull-ups into active hang

4. Sled push

5. KB squat cleans (single or double)

6. Rest

Buy-out: 100 plate tuck-ups (10-15#)

*place plate on top of shins to perform tuck-ups.
