200m KB(1) Farmer’s Carry (switch hands whenever)

200 ft. sled drag (use straps around waist)

1:00 KB Squat hold (hold at bottom on squat and use elbows to push knees out)

1:00 active hang on the bar

1:00 KB/DB plank pull-through
