-800m KB Farmer’s carry (4 laps)
-50 banded clamshells p/s
-5×10 ITY (each way)
-500 ft. sled push (5 laps / down and back 5 times)
WEIGHTS:
*KB: pick a weight HEAVY enough that forces you to brace your core but MODERATE enough that you can go at least 100 ft. before putting it down
*SLED: weight should not let you sprint down, but you should be able to do this UB
*ITY: light weight and control the movement
*Bands: quality and not speed!
