work for :40 and rest for :20; count your reps and try to hit the same number every time.

1. Cal. ski

2. KB hang high pull

3. DB bridge chest fly

4. Banded pull-up or TRX row*

*For bands, do NOT slingshot yourself up. TRX row hang on for the :40 by getting more vertical once you start fatiguing

BUY-OUT: 800m jog OR 1000m row (easy pace)
