Run 200m before/after each movement is completed (so start with the run and end with the run)
-50 DB Floor presses (35/20s+)
-50 DB Front to lateral raises (front+side = 2) (15/10s+)
-50 Band fire hydrant p/s
-50 DB Hip thrusters (AHAP)
-50 Band tricep extensions
-50 DB hammer curls (AHAP and no SWINGING!)
-50 DB sit-ups
