a) 8-10 renegade rows w/ PU
b) 15-20 anchored sit-ups (anchor DB between feet)
3.
a) 50 ft HEAVY sled push*
b) 50 ft KB OH or goblet walking lunges
*choose a weight that is challenging but you can do without stopping
