There’s 3 workouts with 10 minute cap each. All reps are split between you and your partner. No rest in between so finish early and earn some before the next block 🙂

A. 1600m run

*switch every 200m (so 8 rounds each!)

B. 80/64 cal. bike

*switch every 5/4 cals and SPRINT! (RX switch every 10/8)

C. 80/64 cal. ski

*switch every 5/4 cals and SPRINT! (RX switch every 10/8)
