In teams of 2 complete:
E2MOM: 7 burpees
(swap every 300/250m)
Time cap: 36 min.
Buy-out: Tabata: Arch hold or arch rocks
So goes like this: 3…2…1 EVERYONE does the burpees. Then P1 jumps on the rower and P2 rests. Keep swapping back and forth when you hit those 300/250m. When the clock hits 2 minutes, EVERYONE does burpees again BEFORE getting back on the rower.
