Endurance day <3 E2MOM – alternating movements (32 min / 4 rounds) 1. 120 jump rope
2. 20/16 cal. bike

3. 30 wall-balls

4. 40 ab-mat sit-ups

some numbers may be a little aggressive…move fast!

Jk! I want you to dig deep and push! But, if you’re not getting at LEAST :30 rest on the first round Rd. 2-4 should be :20-:25), scale down the reps for that movement.
