In teams of 3:
E6MOM (5 rounds): ALL have a 200m run
In remaining time:
P1: Max cal. Bike
P2: rests
P3: completes 1 round of:
6 devil’s press
6 DB squats
*Make sure you rotate correctly! P3 will have to really push to rack up those cals, but then you get a little rest. Once y’all come back from the run, pick up where you left off
