20 box jump overs
ME lateral hop overs (use paralettes)

2. 10 shuttle runs (1 run = 25′ down and back)
8 runners with gliders
ME broad jump burpee

3. 11/8 Cal. bike
20 wall balls (use beams on turf)
ME ball slams
