3. 16 renegade rows (8 per side)

5. 15 plate front raises

*you may start on any of the odd numbered movements (1, 3, 5), everyone rests together on the 7th min. (for example: if i start on movement 3, the sequence will be 3,4,5,6,1,2, then rest)
