2. 20 Toes up RDL (use plate and heavy DBs)
3. 30 Plate rows (45/35)
4. 30 Plyo lunges off plate
5. 30 Alt. Db snatch

No added rest but these numbers should give you a good :45+ recovery between movements

100 alt. v-ups (r+l=2)
