1. 10-12 Goblet squats with heels elevated on plate.
2. 10-12 plate front raises
3. 50 ft. front rack walking lunges
4. 8-10 DB bench chest press
5. rest
*Goal is to lift heavy for about :40-:45, so you have time to transition. So, choose appropriate weight and scale reps (down) if necessary.
