Conditioning – 30 minute cap, teams of 2!

AMRAP – row for cals!

2000/1800m row
20 Burpees over erg
40 KB hang squat clean

Once you’re done, start rowing for max cals!
*Catch: P2 MUST hold the KB (Farmer’s or front rack) while P1 rows AND you have to row a minimum of 10 cals before switching!
