Side Plank (alt. sides every round; add DB to make it more challenging)

B. Strength – EMOM (:45 on / :15 off) x 16 (4 rounds)
1. DB Alt. Reverse lunges off plate AHAP
2. DB RDL w/ toes elevated on plate
3. DB Farmer’s carry (HEAVY AF)
4. MB rotational slam (1 side per round)

C. Conditioning – AMRAP 10′
