On a 30 minute clock, in teams of 2:
“You go, I go”
Only 1 person working at a time!
Buy-in: 3000/2500m row + 30 burpees over the erg (split the reps however you want but I’d say 300/250m row and 5 burpees)
In remaining time:
5 hang cleans
4 front squats
3 devil’s press
P1 completes one full round while P2 rests, then switch
