Conditioning (Checkmark)

3 workouts FOR TIME with 10 minute cap:
*2:00 rest/transition

1. 10-1 cal. bike + burpees
2. 10-1 Devil’s press (2 DBs) + goblet squats (1 DB)
3. 10-1 shuttle runs + Dball cleans (to shoulder and down, not over)

*Goes like this: 10 cals. + 10 burpees, 9 cals. + 9 burpees…etc…if you finish before 10 minutes, you get extra rest 🙂
