Warm-up (No Measure)

3 x NFT

jog down backpeddle back

5 sumo deadlift high pulls per arm

5 front rack kettlebell squats per arm

50′ overhead carry per arm

10 single leg pelvic raises

“Death by Clean and Jerk” (AMRAP – Reps)

minute 1 – 1 clean and jerk 135/95

minute 2 – 2 clean and jerks

minute 3 – 3 clean and jerks… for as long as you are able to complete the reps in the minute allot
