Snatch Pull + Hang Squat Snatch (5 sets 75% *above knee *not high pull)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

1 minute AB for calories

1 minute dumbbell snatches 50/35 *alt arms

1 minute double unders

1 minute rest
