15 Wall ball toss sit ups w/partner
* 2 people will push the sled 30 yds down and back.
* 1 person does a squat with wall ball then tosses it to partner that person squats and tosses it back
* Split the 30 cal ski any way you like
* 1 person does 1 sit up with wall ball reaching behind them touching the floor with the ball then sits up and passes it to the person sitting in front of them
