-If you have less than 6 months of CrossFit, perform half of the workout
-If you’ve never done this much volume in one take, perform 20 rounds of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)
-If you don’t have pull-ups, perform ring rows
-If you cannot run, row 2000m
