100m Single-arm KB/DB front carry (switch sides about halfway)
100m Single -arm KB/DB farmer’s carry (same weight; switch sides about halfway through)
1:00 band wall-sit
1:00 band hip thrusters
20 TRX rows (UB and as low as possible with good form and full ROM)
