1. :60/leg DB Bulgarian split squats
2. 100′ empty sled push (fast!) + 20 ball slams
3. 12-15 DB Goblet squat w/ heels elevated tempo 40X0
4. 20/16 cal. bike (fast!)

*Odd stations are strength so go HEAVY!!
Even stations are cardio so go FAST!!
