In teams if 2, on a 25 minute running clock:

Buy-in 3000/2800m row (switch every 250/200m)

Then AMRAP in the remaining time “you go, I go” alternating rounds:

3 hang squat cleans
2 devil’s press
1 lap runner’s (gliders under your hands)
