We’ve done A LOT of weights the past 2 days so today we’re just moving! Grab a partner and the workout is “I go, you go” style – switch every round!

AMRAP 8:

1 wall walk

7/5 cal ski

1:30 rest

AMRAP 8:

1 empty sled sprint

1 lap of runner (make sure to stay in your lane!)

1:30 rest

AMRAP 8:

10 plyo lunges

7/5 cal bike

Buy-out:

5 min. of partner leg raises (switch every 20 reps – if you each hit 100, you can stop)
