Our weightlifting classes is designed to help our members increase their proficiency in the Snatch, and the Clean and Jerk. Our instructional based two day a week program is meant to complement our CrossFit classes, and serve as an opportunity for members to sharpen their skills on the Barbell. The hour long sessions are filled with a heavy dose of technique drills alongside the full versions of the lifts performed under the watchful eye an experienced coach. Our goal here is hand our CrossFit members a greater set of tools that they can put to use in their CrossFit met-cons. Pricing Options

Gymnastics

Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our Gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better way to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars, and all the other fun things we do in class will help you to maximize your strength that gymnasts are famous for. Pricing Options

Crossfit Armed

Our endurance programming is designed to be incorporated into your weekly training. We program 2 endurance WODs per week to be completed on your own before or after WODs or used as active recovery on your rest days. The goals of our endurance programming are to help you build aerobic capacity, mental confidence and increase your physical threshold. Training both long and interval style leads to “building the engine" and helping you become a better CrossFitter overall. Pricing Options

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general and scalable for any participant at any level in order to grow the next generation into healthy and well-rounded athletes. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play, like pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our certified CrossFit Kids Trainers. Pricing Options

Ages 11-16 year old The benefits of a program like CrossFit Kids can be long lasting for children, both physically and mentally, and it is a great activity for kids to get into at any age. CrossFit develops their bodies across a broad range of skills by exposing them to a variety of stimuli therefore their bodies adapt and grow both physically and neurologically. As teenagers, CrossFit is also a fun and efficient way for young athletes to develop the strength and conditioning base they need to excel in their sport of choice. Pricing Options

Boom Camp

Our Bootcamps are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! With our Bootcamp you'll work on your a strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need! Our classes are 50 minutes in length. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end! The After Burn!
