side shuffle down and back

butt kicks down

5 dumbbell back rows each arms

wooden soldiers back

10 jumping lunges

5 inch worms no pushup

Push jerk + split jerk (5 sets of complex building from last time)

“Death by Clean and Jerk” (AMRAP – Reps)

minute 1 – 1 clean and jerk 135/95

minute 2 – 2 clean and jerks

minute 3 – 3 clean and jerks… for as long as you are able to complete the reps in the minute allot
