1. 30/24 Cal. ski
15 box jumps

2. 400m run
20 wall balls (use the beams on the turf for target)

3. 30/24 Cal. bike
15 burpees

*EVERYONE gets 1:00 to rest after each round, BUT if you finish early, you get extra time 😉
