Our Olympic Weightlifting program is designed to help members increase their proficiency in the Snatch, Clean and the Jerk. This two day a week program is designed to complement our CrossFit classes and serve as an opportunity for members to sharpen their skills on the Barbell. Our endurance programming is designed to be incorporated into your weekly training. We program 2 endurance WODs per week to be completed on your own before or after WODs or used as active recovery on your rest days.
